We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic individual to manage our Graphics Department as well as being on-site for shows operation. The candidate must possess computer experience in a Graphics control with Blackmagic switching of PPT and Video playback in setting for events, a strong work ethic, and is able to clearly and concisely follow procedures and manage simultaneous priorities in a fast pace environment. The lead tech works in conjunction with our Director of Operations to oversee shows and see that all daily tasks are being accomplished and is responsible for the day to day logistics within the warehouse. We want a person that can think 5 moves ahead and has an ingrained sense of urgency.
**This Fulltime position is a salary plus commision platform.
Experience
Professional knowledge of audio/visual equipment and production. You must understand the components of a complete audio, video and lighting system in order to do this job successfully. We are looking for a person that can think beyond a list and make suggestions when necessary to benefit the success of the event.
· Responsible to oversee the pull/ pack/ prep and return of all orders with detail. We are working towards utilizing a cloud-based inventory control system (barcode scan) but it is not in place yet. Computer skills are important as we are a technology-based company that operates numerous applications on both PC and Mac
